Je vous propose aujourd’hui une recette aroma donc NATUELLE et oui ! pour aider et les enfants et les adultes à mieux dormir et à avoir un vrai sommeil réparateur. Nous allons utiliser deux huiles essentielles: la première, Petit Grain de Bigarade pour ces propriétés multiples. Elle est relaxante, sédative, antispasmodique, elle apaise les palpitations et est également régénératrice cellulaire et cutanée. L’huile essentielle favorise un sommeil réparateur et est très utile pour calmer également les enfants hyperactifs car elle remédie à tous les déséquilibre nerveux, spasmophilie et du rythme cardiaque. La seconde huile essentielle, Lavande Vraie pour ces propriétés (très connues) apaisantes.
Avant de vous délivrer ma petite recette aroma il est important de rappeler que les huiles essentielles ne sont pas recommandées chez la femme enceinte et allaitante, chez les personne épileptiques ou asthmatiques et surtout chez les personnes allergiques au composants suivants.
Ma recette aroma pour les troubles du sommeil : Petit grain de Bigarade et Lavande Vraie
Flacons d’huile essentielle de Petit grain bigarade, de Lavande vraie dilué et d’huile végétale d’Amande douce .
15 gouttes de Petit grain bigarade + 15 gouttes de Lavande vraie dilué dans 60 gouttes d’huile végétale d’Amande douce. Utiliser une petite pipette pour des dosages exacts car il est important de suivre la recette avec exactitude.
Posologie: appliquer quelques gouttes de ce mélange en massage sur la plante des pieds et le plexus solaire au moment du coucher en cure de 5 jours
